KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have been retained by our client, a reputable and growing organisation to assist in the recruitment of a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer.

Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including drafting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

Assist in coordinating performance management and appraisal processes.

Monitor compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and procedures.

Handle employee relations matters and support disciplinary procedures.

Administer payroll inputs, leave tracking, and staff welfare programs.

Participate in HR audits, training coordination, and report generation.

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support services.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.

Payroll certification and Industrial relations qualifications are a prerequisite.

Knowledge of Zimbabwean Labour Law and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
