Redhill Risk Solutions is looking for a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced individual to join their team as a Life Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of life insurance agents.
– Develop and implement sales strategies.
– Provide training and development for agents.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
– Monitor performance metrics and prepare sales reports.
– Conduct client meetings and presentations.
– Resolve customer inquiries effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

– Degree or Diploma in Insurance (Technical Insurance Practice) or related field.
– Minimum of 10 years in management roles within life insurance.
– Over 15 years of experience in sales management within life insurance.
– Strong knowledge of life insurance products and policies.
– Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
