Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Manage and optimize resource allocation, including budget management and vendor relationships.

• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

Qualities:

• 3+ years of senior leadership experience in operations management.

• Strong understanding of industry/operational methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Data-driven approach with experience in KPI management.
