Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain available tombstone options, including materials, sizes, designs, finishes, and accessories.
• Guide clients through custom tombstones design options, including shapes, engravings, artwork, symbols, photos, and special features.
• Prepare accurate quotations for both standard and customised tombstones.
• Assist clients with inscriptions, artwork, symbols, photos, and special features.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
