Applications are invited from qualified Botswana citizens for the position of Tombstones Sales Agent tenable at Gaborone.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their memorial needs, preferences, cultural considerations, and budget.
- Present and explain available tombstone options, including materials, sizes, designs, finishes, and accessories.
- Guide clients through custom tombstones design options, including shapes, engravings, artwork, symbols, photos, and special features.
- Prepare accurate quotations for both standard and customised tombstones.
- Assist clients with inscriptions, artwork, symbols, photos, and special features.
- Prepare accurate quotations for both standard and customised tombstones.
- Provide clear timelines for design approval, production, and installation.
- Capture and process orders accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track ongoing orders.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy, care, and professionalism.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining ethical and transparent sales practices.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Candidate must be computer literate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
