Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell Westlife Insurance Botswana products to individuals, families, groups, and communities
• Provide client education on all Westlife benefits and policy requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct field marketing, presentations, and community outreach
• Meet monthly sales targets and submit activity reports
• Offer exceptional customer service and policy support to clients

Requirements

• Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long Term Insurance (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Previous sales or insurance experience will be an added advantage
• Must be committed, motivated, and willing to work in the field
