Position Purpose

The Analyst: Cyber Security has a critical role within the cybersecurity team as the role is responsible for protecting the organization’s sensitive information and IT infrastructure from cyber threats. This role involves identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, monitoring systems, and responding to incidents to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Network Security and Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology and any equivalent IT or any equivalent Cyber Security related qualifications.
Industry- recognized certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+ is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices.

Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years professional experience in the field of Cyber Security.

Hands on experience with;Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection,Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, Incident response and forensics, Access control and identity management

Remuneration

Salary: An attractive Salary Package commensurate to the market

Leave: 25 working days per annum
