To lead the COO unit consisting of Operations, Integration & Change and IT, developing an integrated COO function that supports Barclays Africa Centre with key capabilities.
• To be accountable for the aggregate plan and delivery of systems, operations and the general operating model.
• To leverage the advantages of bringing together the operational expertise and drive through more efficient ways of working.
• To contribute to the leadership, with dedicated and singular focus on execution and delivery.
• To represent the COO function at CMC and ensure the correct specialist knowledge is brought in to inform the committee according to agenda requirements.
