KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning: Develop facilities maintenance schedules and oversee repairs.

Team Management: Supervise, train, and allocate tasks to facilities and maintenance staff.

Facility Management: Manage buildings, utilities, and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Budgeting: Control facilities-related costs and manage inventory.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Problem Solving: Identify, address, and prevent facilities-related issues.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Leadership and effective decision-making skills.
Proficiency in facilities management systems and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (FM, CFM, CMM) will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in facilities management.
Proven experience working on site projects (construction, maintenance, or refurbishments).

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.

Expectations:

Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operational at all times.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Deliver cost-effective facilities solutions without compromising quality.
Provide regular reports on facilities performance and maintenance activities.
Work collaboratively with management, tenants, and service [providers].

Valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
