We are looking for suitably qualified Botswana Citizens to join our team. 1) ICT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (1 POSITION) TENABLE IN GABORONE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and representing the company in the sale of computer hardware, software, and other ICT products and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing quotations and negotiating prices and credit terms
- Managing contracts and accurately recording orders
- Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable ICT solutions
- Coordinating delivery and installation of ICT equipment and services
- Reporting on sales performance and market trends to management
- Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Resolving client issues and arranging product/service modifications where necessary
- Preparing sales reports and maintaining records of business expenses
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and leads
- Conducting market research and promoting company products
- Delivering product presentations and demonstrations to clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Maintaining accurate records of customer leads and interactions
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Performing any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ICT sales or a related field
- Valid Class B driver’s license (minimum 2 years’ driving experience)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Strong team player with high levels of integrity
