Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
• Promote and sell products in-store
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked
• Record sales and submit daily reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years sales experience (retail or in-store sales preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in closing sales
• Customer-service oriented
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends if required
• Reliable and well-presented
