Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders, quotations, contracts, and delivery confirmations accurately.
- Coordinate orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, engineers and internal departments to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Prepare, maintain and update sales records, customer information and job files.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of quotations and tender documents.
- Maintain accurate filing of sales, orders and project documentation.
- Support job costing, invoicing and order administration processes where applicable.
- Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Participate in project handovers and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales team or anyone above them
