Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries (walk-ins, calls & online)
• Promote and market rental vehicles
• Process bookings and rental agreements
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Follow up with clients and build relationships
• Assist with vehicle handovers and returns
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals
• Record mileage, fuel levels and damages
• Keep accurate records using Microsoft Word & Excel

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years sales or customer service experience
• Good communication & marketing skills
• Strong computer skills (Word & Excel)
• Patient, dedicated & professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driving licence (minimum 2 years)
• No criminal record
• Age: 20 – 30 years
• Understanding of motor vehicles, including basic mechanical awareness and vehicle inspections
