Reporting to the Regional Manager: Direct Sales, the incumbents will be primarily responsible for selling retail products through sales consultants and retain existing business to ensure that production budget is achieved.

Requirements

A Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
3-5 years sales experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services
Sales management experience
Certificate of Proficiency (Long Term Insurance)
Life insurance product knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
