Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Sales/ marketing is preferred).
• 0 – 2 years’ experience of sales and customer service environment.
• Computer literacy is mandatory.
• Sector experience is advantageous.
• Key behavioral competencies: Commercial Acumen, Organizational Awareness, Customer Orientation, Creativity, Initiative, Self-Discipline, and Results Orientation.
• Technical competencies: Retail Sales Management, Product & Services Knowledge, Budget Management, FinTech Product Knowledge, Customer Experience Management, and Complaint Management.
