Insure Guard is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Agent to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of insurance products, identifying client needs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The position will report to the Cluster Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new clients.
Participate in sales activities, including lead generation and prospecting to secure new business opportunities.
Promote and explain insurance products to prospective clients.
Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Follow up on leads, renewals, and outstanding client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
Provide after sales support and ongoing client servicing.
Proactively reach out to existing customers to introduce and promote Insure Guard’s diverse range of products. Use these interactions as opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and enhance their overall experience with the company.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to corporate business activities (KYC, AML/CFT and Data Protection).

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (insurance qualifications will be an added advantage).
Proven experience in sales preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Customer centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
