Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Sattvic vegetarian meals and offerings for daily puja, aarti and deity worship.
- Cook for major Hindu festivals including Diwali, Holi, Navratri, Janmashtami, Shivratri, Ram Navami etc
- Cater for temple members, guests and community functions of up to 200-600 people
Requirements
- Atleast 5-8 years of proven experience as a cook, preferably in a temple, religious institution, or catering environment
- Knowledge of Indian/Hindu vegetarian cuisine and preparation of Bhog/Prasad
- Must be strictly vegetarian and abstain from alcohol and intoxicants
