Chief Advisor to the Board on Bank operations and functions and to ensure that all stakeholder needs are satisfied.

Implement Bank business growth strategies through working with skilled, competent, experienced and well remunerated staff at all levels in order to achieve sustainable Bank performance.

To grow the Bank’s Brand and Franchise through Customer Service and Customer centric strategies that return current client base while attracting new clientele as per Board approved targets

To play a key role in the Financial and Banking services sector as a contributor to national policy on Banking and Finance
