Massey Ferguson are re-opening an official dealership in Botswana which has presented new opportunities for immediate employment.

GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for a GM with agricultural expertise to oversee all aspects of the tractor sales business, including sales, marketing, service, and parts. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring profitability. Ideal candidates have:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or C&G with recognised apprenticeship in Engineering, Agric, Business or equivalent.

• 10+ years’ experience in tractors and agricultural implements retail environment.

• Additional experience as a parts or service manager or in a sales role.

• Familiarity with Massey Ferguson products and implements.

• Finance and marketing experience, a solid understanding of sales, parts and service operations.

• Experience with DMS and Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
