POSITION: SALES AGENTS

Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our Business Development team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating new business, driving membership growth, and promoting Business Botswana’s services. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong ability to build lasting client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging potential clients to promote Business Botswana’s services.

• Driving membership growth by recruiting new businesses to join the organization.

• Selling business development services, including advisory, training, and networking events.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective strategies and negotiations.

• Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management.

• Providing on site support during events to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a degree is an added advantage).

• Proven 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.

• Knowledge of the local business environment and corporate networking is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
