REQUIREMENTS

A Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Office Administration.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.

• Handle bookings, inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs.

• Manage phone calls, emails, and guest correspondence.

• Process payments and issue receipts.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
