Outramile (PTY) LTD invites qualified individuals for 3 posts of Senior Cleaners and 10 Junior Cleaners. All posts are tenable under a two year non – renewable contract, in Gaborone.

Key responsibilities:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• The supervision of all cleaning staff
• Reviewing of all work schedules
• Ordering of cleaning materials
• Implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualifications in cleaning services or related, Diploma or Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3-year experience in supervisory position as a cleaner

Overview

BURS is currently seeking to attract a strategic, result oriented and self-driven professional with integrity to be part of the best of the breed in the Financial services industry.

Overview of the Role

The purpose of this role is to:

Provide strategic direction in the development of Domestic Taxes legislation, policies and strategies.
Ensure consistency in the interpretation of the tax laws, mainly; the Income Tax, VAT and Capital Transfer Acts.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Commissioner General, the position will be responsible for, among other things, the following:

Provide leadership and advice in the determination and negotiation of the tax administration landscape; to maximize trade as well as to safeguard Botswana’s interest.

Plan, organize and manage resources within the Domestic Taxes Division for organizational efficiency and effective implementation of the mandate of the Revenue Service.

Qualifications and Experience

A Master’s Degree in Tax, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or a full membership of an internationally recognized Institute of Professional Accounting such as ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent.
At least ten (10) years post Bachelor’s Degree experience in tax administration, two (2) of which should have been at senior management level.
