About The Role:

We are currently looking for 3 network Engineer trainees to help propel our young company to greater heights .You will be accountable for Information Technology services provided to our clients in your area of discipline . This position includes – but is not limited to – the design, installation, implementation, and troubleshooting of the related technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
These are technical positions, as such candidates should have a solid understanding of computer network principles and concepts at least to the level of CCNA
At least CCNA
CCNP will be an added advantage
The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn
Should be able to work unsupervised
One position from the three is reserved for a woman as a way of encouraging young women to join the network engineering discipline

Career Progression:

The candidate will be expected to choose between Network Security , Collaboration or Enterprise Networks (including wireless ) as an area of concentration and will be expected to work towards certifications on the chosen technologies .

Network Security – The candidate is expected to have earned at least CCNA Security and Fortinet NSE 4 within 6 months of employment

Collaboration – The candidate is expected to have earned at least CCNA Collaboration within 3 months of employment

Enterprise Network – The candidate is expected to have earned at least CCNA Wireless and Ruckus WISE 1 within three months of employment and CCNP within 8 months of employment

Safety, Health and Environment Coordinator


A cooking oil manufacturing company based in Francistown, Botswana is
• Degree in Safety Management or equivalent qualification
• Additional Masters qualification will be an added advantage
• 7 years post qualification experience in Occupational Safety and
Health, including 2 years at supervisory level
• Safety Management Systems (e.g. OHSAS 18001)
Position Outputs:
1. Meet statutory/legislation on SHER compliance requirements
2. SHER policies and procedures on behalf of the Company including
periodic review and amendment as necessary
3. Identifying, monitoring and assessing the general developments in
SHER worldwide and initiating necessary actions in response to
emerging trends or specific SHER problems
4. Conducting SHER audits on Sites to review the status of SHER
5. SHER management systems and ensuring follow-up in assessing the
corresponding corrective action plans monitoring implementation of the
corrective actions
6. Performing due diligence to identify SHER risks and liabilities
associated with property transactions in support
of or upon request from General and / or Site Management
7. Issuing Company position papers on important SHER topics, and SHER
bulletins on critical issues.
